I'm 40 and a bit dissatisfied with my life. I have no wife, no kids, just a few friends, I'm more introverted, often alone at home. A few years ago, I moved to a better paid job (which I'm unfortunately not fun and bored with) and since then not many new contacts made. I earn 3,000 net (+ Christmas bonus + holiday pay + special payment + bonus), of which 400 for rent (1 room), 200 euro for groceries, 50 euro for clothes, 50 euro for travel expenses, 30 euro for telephone & internet, 30 euro GEZ / Netflix and 50 euro for other issues. I have no car, no hobbies, never go on vacation, donate no money, … My money flows into any funds that my bank adviser has recommended to me and have developed very well. In addition, I have inherited real estate that I rent. I do not know what to do with my money, how to find a hobby that interests me or makes new acquaintances. What are you doing to have fun? What would you do in my situation?

I would wonder what I want to achieve in life. Because boredom is a lack of stimuli and own, irrelevant ideas.
Add to this the dissatisfaction that there are people who feel more fortunate than me.
And then I would wonder why I accumulate wealth that I do not need.
And I would consider who I could help to experience less suffering.

Voluntary work - eg: Voluntary work in church organizations and parishes independently of offices taken over there, in the German Society for Rescue of Shipwrecked Persons, the German Life and Rescue Society, the Wasserwacht, the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund, the Red Cross, the Johanniter Emergency Assistance, the Malteser Hilfsdienst and other comparable aid organizations, in social work, in particular open youth social work, followers (on official visits), in the care of the terminal as hospice helpers, in telephone counseling and Internet counseling, in visiting services for disadvantaged, in crisis or Restricted people, in youth work, especially in youth associations, as an active sponsor (for example, as a child sponsor, mentor, family sponsor or job godfather), as a student counselor, as a public official and active members of an association.
Holidays - for example: city breaks, single trips, single wellness weekend
