Smart Hub does not work, is updated what to do?

I have a Samsung TV with Smart Hub, but whenever I start Amazon Prime or Netflix I see an ad saying, "Smart Hub is updating, please try again later." My TV is connected to the wireless internet

Try a factory reset. That usually helps with the Samsungs.
