I have Netflix on a Smart TV and on a FireTV stick. The app opens normally and everything loads. Only each film or series loads up to 24% and then displays the charging circuit all the time. An error message appears (The standard error message if the Internet is not enough).
We have already pulled the plug of the TV for a minute, the Smart Hub and thus Netflix updated and also installed a software update. The Internet connection, we have often restarted and the router (FritzBox).
On the tablet and the phone we can use Netflix as normal. It loads briefly, but then runs perfectly. Only on the TV does not work.
