At Netflix, we're fooled, although the Internet provider also claims to have no proxy in between. Phoning with Netflix is currently not possible, only chat.

We have already reset the router and TV to factory settings. It doesn't work on a laptop or tablet either.

What else can we do?

No, unfortunately that doesn't help us. Either I should uninstall the proxy, which we can't because we do not have something like this, or we confront our Internet provider, who insists that he has nothing to do with it and is currently receiving many of these calls.
