Netflix alleged proxy not working?

I have the following problem all titles on Netflix are not available to me and when I try to watch one I get this strange error message that I would use a proxy. However, I didn't use any and checked several times. Yesterday I was able to watch Netflix without any problems

So maybe jeans can tell me how to fix this?

I know when I use a VPN sometimes. Try to reset your router completely (hard reset). How it works? Google router name + hard reset.

Mostly a small button that you have to push in for 10-15 seconds with a paper clip. With some routers this is only possible via the router settings.
