I wanted to watch netflix completely chilled when I got the message (see photo), but I neither use an unblocker, nor proxy & also no Vpn, although I don't really know what the things mentioned are. However, I would be very happy if I could fix the problem because I would like to watch my programs. Thank you in advance & best regards

Have you ever tried to restart the app or your mobile phone? Otherwise reinstall the app and you're done.

Ja

Okay super thanks, I restarted my cell phone and so on, but will install the app again.

If you are not using any of the listed services, reset the network settings. After doing this, you'll need to log back into your Wi-Fi network, but this will fix most of the problems.

Settings> General> Reset> …

If that doesn't help, contact your internet service provider. They can then tell you why your IP address is linked to a VPN or proxy.

Thank you

Update: unfortunately didn't work, thank you anyway.

Ja

Unfortunately didn't bring anything.

Hmm, pity. With me it worked again.

Hope you find what you are looking for!

Thank you in any case for the answer, and yes somehow it will be haha.

To do this, you would first have to know what you are running Netflix on.

Then you should let us know if it has ever worked…

And then on to the questions: what have you changed since then, if it worked before?

without this knowledge, one can't give a reasonable answer…

Have netflix on my iphone xr, otherwise I have an amazon fire tray on which my little sister can sometimes watch, & hold our sony tv on which the parents sometimes watch (fire stick). Yes, until yesterday netflix was running normally & all of a sudden when I went into netflix I got this message, no, I haven't changed anything, no new app, nothing at all haha. The only thing is that I connected our amazon prime account to twitch a few minutes before, but that has nothing to do with it.

Take the router for a minute from the power then the IP should have changed. But not always.

St

Or simply disconnect the device from the Internet.

Not enough
