Netflix doesn't install?

I have a problem and my cell phone has been spinning somehow all day. It installed an app that I didn't want. Later my cell phone was blocked due to Family Link but my mother and father didn't do anything. And suddenly Netflix is gone… I tried to download the app from the AppStore but it said that my parents blocked the app, but they didn't. After that it was gone and I could press Install but the app just doesn't want to be installed. It shows what percentage is already installed and then "will be installed" but afterwards the app is not installed but there's the "Install" button again. I restarted the phone, checked if I had a virus and made a system update, but everything doesn't help. What's happening?
