Today I tried to install Netflix on my Smart TV, which only worked, but as soon as I want to play a title, no matter which one, it only loads up to 24% and then gives an error message. I have already restarted my router, reset Samsung Smart Hub, but nothing helps. Prime Video also works perfectly
What is the error message? Log out and in again.
If that doesn't help, uninstalling and reinstalling the Netflix app may help.
Sometimes turning off the TV, unplugging it, and turning it on again after a few seconds can help.
