Viewfinder series - possibly. Witcher?

I'm looking for a Netflix series, I think it was The Witcher but I'm not sure.

Shreds of thought: black worms take over people in a castle, bottles filled with blue crystals that explode because a lady who has taken over from said worms explodes one of the bottles in the warehouse.

Mages sacrifice themselves (rapidly wither / age) and become a ball of fire to be fired as ammunition during a siege.

Or are they even 2 different series? Would help me a lot!
