What can you help me with?

I have now been shown this 6 times. I shut down the PC again, restarted Netflix but always trzdm the same. I also have a constant internet connection that lets me watch Netflix on TV and on my cell phone. Does jmd know how to fix this?

You always do that first, if there are mistakes.

Second, a connection failure, everything can be.

This means that the Netflix app needs to be updated to continue using Netflix. To update the app:

From the home screen or taskbar, choose Store.
Select the user icon to the left of the search field.
Choose Downloads and Updates.
Select Check for updates.
Select the down arrow on the right to download the Netflix update.
The Netflix app is now being downloaded and updated.

So please

Just made Windows Update, then looked in the store and there was Netflix on the latest version. I just didn't open it now but nothing is still showing the error

Uninstall and reinstall.

If that doesn't work, log out and log in again.
