Why is Netflix and Reddit not working on my smartphone?

Am connected to the Wi-Fi, Youtube etc everything goes. Both are no longer working for a few days, as if I have no internet. I've already tried Mobile Data. If I want to log in to Reddit, it just says, "We had some trouble getting into Reddit."

Netflix just does not load. Have both already uninstalled but nothing helps. If anyone has any idea that would be great.

For me it was like that if it was already on another device then I could not turn it on my phone otherwise I do not know why
