The day before yesterday I treated myself to Netflix Premium again. Unfortunately I had to find out that the quality is extremely poor. The quality is a lot better on other free streaming sites. So how can it be that Netflix has such a dirty quality? I have even switched to maximum data consumption and have also made sure that I really use Premium. In addition, it shows me that I can only stream with Full HD although I have a WQHD capable device.

Your internet speed may not be enough for a decent resolution. If the speed breaks, providers like Netflix automatically reduce the quality so that the film can still be watched.
