Which laptop do I need for my wishes?

I'm a trainee (car) and am looking for the right laptop for me.
I need the laptop for:

• School assignments • Videos (Youtube, Netflix) • Save and edit photos and videos

And most importantly: automotive diagnostic program

So now we come to the most important part, the device should not be free but not too expensive either. Ideally the cheapest for these wishes. Do you have any recommendations for me or do I have to wait?

A laptop with an I5 processor, 8GB RAM, t 250SSD hard drive and integrated graphics should be enough for your needs. There was no question of playing. There are enough cheap alternatives, however. The used HP EliteBooks are not bad.

Can you buy them used or would you advise me to buy a new one? Does that cover all my wishes, including reading out cars with the right program?

Of course you can buy the used one. You can actually do anything with it, except they are not really suitable for playing. Are a bit older, but fully serve their purpose. So at 100 euro the prices start for an HP 8470 for example. Some of them are relatively better than some new models from other manufacturers. You can also upgrade them very quickly.

Thank you, I'll have a look. I have a Macbook Air but I just can't do some things with it. I think it's great that they should also be upgradeable. Then I don't have to worry that I need a new one.
