I'm always so bored because of Corona, you can hardly do anything. And parties rarely go because you shouldn't do that anymore. I've seen all the good shows on Netflix.
Then I thought that it would be interesting to chat or something. So with strange types or something. But writing to others at insta or something like that feels kind of weird. 🙄
Do you have a tip on how to find people to chat?

There are public discord servers where you can talk to people.
There are many public servers on disboard.org
There's "base chat" for making calls (see https://base-chat.de/).
I don't think it's weird at all on Instagram. If you post on a specific topic, you're sure to find other people who think similarly. You could then use comments to establish initial contacts and / or write privately and refer to one or more pictures. That works pretty well.
On Penpalworld.com you can get to know international friends or from Germany…
