What to do if chat is missing from Netflix Party?

I probably wanted to watch netflix party with my friends but we somehow always all have the problem that the chat doesn't open so the link works and so the only thing that's always missing is the chat and we don't get it somehow because either it is not shown as a party or it releases itself maybe someone of you has this problem and knows how to open the chat?

Unfortunately I do not use this and so far nobody has answered here. If no one does, it's best to ask the support there.

You can chat with someone there normally. They are responsible for helping someone who has a problem. You also don't have to wait days for an answer (like an email) and you are immediately connected to an employee.
