Of course, 200-300 euro is not much. It also depends on what panel size you want.
For little money there's a Telefunken that is quite ok, which I have already set up for a customer myself. In the price segment, you shouldn't expect so much.

I would recommend saving a little more. Because for ~ 350 euro you can get a UHD (4K) TV with HDR. With the cheap panel, of course, it's not awesome, but at least it can.
