I've never been hungry lately but still eat little in the morning, at noon and in the evening. I get full very quickly and I've never had that, I'm 14, about 1.64 tall and weigh 60 kilos (girl). Whenever I eat I regret it afterwards because I wasn't hungry. I've lost 40 pounds in the last 4 months and honestly don't know if it's that healthy. I sometimes feel like I'm vomiting, and I've been dizzy lately. I sleep a lot and am always tired, and I don't really feel like anything anymore and listen to music all day, watch Netflix and sleep.
Your body is undersupplied, that's why you feel so bad. Talk to someone you trust about it.

That doesn't sound too good. Talk to your parents about it and ask them if they can take you to the doctor. Warning: If you force yourself to vomit, I would urgently seek help. Can be an eating disorder
Parents, siblings, social worker etc? The former are people who love you and you are one of the centers of their lives one way or another
