I have a MacBook Pro.
The problem is that recently images or general image documents can no longer be displayed. When I click on it there's only a white / black / green screen.
The same applies to Google Chrome - YouTube videos or even Netflix only show a green picture when played - the sound can be heard. But only with the Google Chrome browser.
Why is that and how do I solve this problem?
What kind of MacBook is it and which system runs on it? Have you completely reinstalled macOS?
Out of my gut, I would guess a hardware defect. Something seems to be spinning with the GPU and screen control. But only Apple or an authorized dealer can find out.
I installed macOS High Sierra (version 10.13.6).
