Netflix series not loading on the iPad?

I've been trying to watch a series on Netflix on my iPad for a few days, but it just charges all the time. Have logged out, uninstalled, etc. Many times. Could it be because I only have the standard subscription? Actually it should work

does anyone know what I could do or what could be the cause?

Maybe on the WLAN? Possibly. Too far too weak connection, etc.
