Jtc smart tv can't login to netflix?

I have a new jtc smart tv with pre-installed apps including Netflix. Unfortunately, I can't log in there, but then it reports an error message 373 and I should try again later. I searched the net for the error and went through the instructions several times, unfortunately that didn't help. Everything else such as Youtube works flawlessly is only the case with netflix, I can log in to all other devices without any problems without any errors. Do you have any ideas what else I could do?

Is it your own Netflix account or are you "sharing" an account illegally? You can only watch Netflix on one device if you pay for one user. If someone else is looking in your account, you can't log in as a second user.
