My problem is that I'm always driveless when something goes wrong or something bad comes up to me. For example, I have a bit of a vocabulary in Spanish today. This is really extremely difficult to explain in a few words. But I'll try it:
Find things that completely fulfill you, that can be trifles, such as sunny weather, great scenery, specific book, etc.
-positive thinking (easy to say, difficult to do)
- set small goals
remain motivated (see point 1)
- enjoy small things (for example, bought a new writing set, cuddled with a dog, …)
- accept
-internal I find (how am I really, how was I when I was a small child)
- pinch together, overcome (you do not feel like doing it anyway, only when you start, you get into the flow)
- Find and Improve Mistakes (Imagine Inner Mirror - What Are you Misinforming?) Do not you think you look stupid, lying on your bed and doing nothing?
