So… We live here now for 9 years and slowly know everything about the neighborhood and also know exactly that two neighboring families do illegal business. So, the man of one of these said family is unemployed (the wife is a housewife), can afford to send two children to a private school and still have two cars.

So while the families are regularly on the police front door but caught or arrested they have never been.
And as opposed to two foster children, we loved everything and of course we did not have bad money. (They got as much as I did, but were only 3 years old), but they were always deprived us because we seem to have "tortured" them, the animal welfare went earlier because of our cat now death is on and off and now our most beloved budgie will most likely die because he can no longer walk and sit so sadly behind his cracker. This bird means so much to us simply because he supported us in all of this and my mother now has breast cancer.
After the children were deprived us, we had no more money for shopping, were bitterly sad and my mother had to accept countless part-time jobs where I could not support her then (8 years).
Now I help her by helping out with 2 babysitting babies, 3 babies and 3 fathers in 3 newspaper areas, because unfortunately my father's salary is too low or the expenses too high to survive any kind of everyday life.
Then there's my brother, who at the time when I was also about 8 years old (he 16) just kept threatening my mother deeply and also beaten, he even nearly pushed her down the stairs and now still nothing to everyday life contributes (he is 21 years old) and is simply addicted to PlayStation and just messes up, whereas my mother is very allergic, but this does not bother anyone.
But my sister (21 years old) does not contribute anything, except for one of the part-time jobs to iron a few clothes, but also caused a devastation and if you need to shrug it to what else needs in the highest voice in the world. We have the theory that you are a Netflix addict, because if you come home from work (at 12 o'clock) until 22 o'clock only Netflix looks. First of all, how much money neighbors have or why and if their children go to a private school, that does not matter, because even if everyone around you were poor and it would all go worse than you, you would still not feel better.
The adult children need a decent job, not a small part-time job. Write applications, if you can't do that, you can purchase templates that are a lot more professional than the popular free templates on the Internet.
You for your part, make yourself good at school and apply in time for an education.
Sit down together and make a cleaning plan, everyone gets their own dirt away and together caused dirt such as when cooking, you do in 5 minutes after eating. So I'm 14 and clean up the rooms of my two siblings, take care of the house alone when my mother is in hospital and also help tremendously in the household, but training is difficult.
