Always subtitles on TV?

I think it's a shame because YOUTUBE has automatic subtitles. Sometimes better, sometimes worse, but BETTER than no subtitles. When someone has no hearing. Why don't you do it with all new TV's, for example? I know deaf people and they only use social media, netflix and such…

There are also many more subtitles on TV than you would normally think, namely via teletext. You just have to turn it on.

I'll take the test when I'm at home. I don't know if my tx still has teletex because it's the new tv.

If I accidentally turn on the receiver rather than the television. I inevitably have subtitles. On every program. Since I'm not deaf, I find them extremely annoying.

Unfortunately I haven't found a way to turn it off on my remote control yet. I then always have to switch off the TV and receiver and then switch them on again. Always the TV first.
