Problems with Netflix. Who can help me here?

I want to watch Netflix on my Mac, but there are problems there

When I go to the Netflix page with Google Chrome, I see the kids page. There, the videos can be played easily, but I do not know how I can leave.

When I go to Netflix with the Safari browser, I get to the normal Netflix page. However, if I want to play a video is there that there's a mistake and that I should reload the page. Did a few times, but nothing has changed.
