Why is Netflix stalling at 24%?

On my blu ray player (sony), netflix only loads up to 24% and then stops. The WLAN works perfectly, we have already reset the blu ray player. Switching accounts doesn't work either, and apparently you can't uninstall apps either.

Does anyone know what to do?

Sometimes it is the same for me when watching TV, but until now it was always because of the Wi-Fi or I think it's because of it haha I have no problems with the mobile phone
