Are there enough funds to move out?

My friend and I would like to move together. He already has a degree and lives alone in an apartment, which I would move in with. He deserves quite well. He is now doing a distance learning at my university. I study full-time and would like to know if contracting with the funds can work.

So:

+ - 300 euro mtl. By minijob

+ - 270 euro mtl. By short-term employment

My parents are separated and both earn very well, which is why I get support from both parties, which I'm very grateful for.

250 euro mtl. From my Mum (child allowance + difference as pocket money)

200 euro mtl. Do I have a tank limit for my car + insurance, which my father pays for me (until I have a regular income) whereby such costs ever for me omitted.

All in all, I get an amount of 820 euro (can always be 50 euro more or less), of which I would have to pay:

-300 euro rent (is almost half of the rent) insist my friend and me

-ca. 70-100 euro housekeeping (for the food, my friend will deposit more, because he just earns more money and he also eats much more than me, but we will find out only when we live together., We want then 1/3 & 2 / 3)

- 38 euro for clubs, Netflix and so on

-200 euro aside

Bottom line, I come to about 625 euro, which I spend (reserves are already formed) that means I would have about 200 euro for leisure, college and clothing available.

My mother also pays a telephone contract, which is not that expensive either. In addition, I have enough reserves to contribute, for example, furniture for the apartment.

I have not lived alone yet and I do not know what costs are still to come or whether my calculation is too naive. Looking forward to answers.

That's alright. At the beginning you need about 100-150 for the basics what should be in the closet.

Spices, tea etc.

And you need all the detergent and washing powder etc.

But you can do that…

Ca

Thank you for your prompt reply. Since my friend already lives there alone, such things are already there. And I also wrote that I have reserves that can finance just such things.

Would have to go…

It is important that the landlord is informed. It will then increase the additional costs, of course, for 2 people.

Ca

Since his parents are the landlords and we've talked to them with regard to contracting, the point would be clarified. But true because of the additional costs, I ask again.

You are well positioned, have a plan, can calculate and think before.

Everything good conditions, fits - so much success.

Oh well - a liability insurance for about 50 euro a year, I would recommend.

Ca

Thank you, that gives me the courage to finally take the step!
