Why can't my PC play Netflix?

I recently wanted to watch Netflix on my PC. I downloaded the program for this. However, when starting the whole PC smears. The screen goes black and the message "No Signal" appears. The PC can only be restarted by restarting. In the hope of avoiding this problem, I tried it via the browser, but the same thing comes out when I have problems I've never had it with my PC before.

I hope someone can help me there.

With best regards

PS: I'm not at all familiar with PCs, so it would be nice if someone had an answer to formulate it in such a way that I can understand it.

Update graphics card driver times

Netflix has a lock that interrupts the signal on some screens, so that you can't stream Netflix on movie screens or at school, for example. It could be that Netflix incorrectly locked your screen.

Thank you for your quick answer, but I have no idea how to do it. Is there a specific program or website?

Fo

Okay thank you very much. That wouldn't be so good. Is there a way to get around that?

Ma

What kind of PC do you have and what kind of screen do you have?

Fo

An Acer KG 241 screen and any Medion PC

Ma

Unfortunately, I can't help you, but I found someone with a similar problem, but only an idiot answered who helped nciths to solve it

Fo

OK, too bad. But thank you for your help.

Ma

Yes, good luck, what you could still try would be Netflix in the browser, websites sometimes do not have enough access rights to recognize that the screen is "not approved"
