Can I make the standard sound louder than normal? I made everything as loud as possible and even turned on loudness equalization but it's still too quiet.
Games like CS: GO and co. Are loud enough but as soon as I watch Netflix, Youtube or open an MP file it is too quiet for me.

Yes, it is fully turned. But I also tried it without (because it is such an adapter) and even without it it was pretty quiet
Dan is the maximum level of your headphones, even louder and they would probably break. Try the headphones on a cell phone, connect a tablet and see if it is so quiet there!
So when I set it to full volume on my cell phone, it is so loud that my ears almost burst

It could be that your operating system regulates the volume itself (remove the area that is checked) - or the volume is set too low for the browser setting.
