Why do I have to change the language every time at netflix?

After each episode or when I start another series, German subtitles and German synchro are on then I have to make subtitles every time and put them in English. Even if the next episode comes on after 5 seconds.

Another person is probably also using it and converting it

It is an American series

You can set the default language for videos under Account. Once you have registered in Germany, the default is in German.
