Doesn't Netflix Language Change When I Change Country?

I installed netflix on vacation in Spain, because I used to have an account, for example I always watched How I met your mother in German, but in Spain the series was only shown in English or Spanish.

I once read that the language changes when you change the country,

However, now that I'm back home, the language has still not changed and various things are still displayed to me in Spanish or English, despite the fact that the language was selected in German.

Has anyone had the same problems? And knows the solution?
