Netflix not working?

I have Netflix on both my phone and my Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Everything works smoothly on my mobile phone, but not on my tablet.

As soon as I click on a sequence or want to look a little further there's a black screen, the sound is running and everything but I have no picture.

Often when I try to go out of the window everything reacts very slowly.

Anyone know what I can do there (I've already tried to reinstall it)

Switch off the Samsung Galaxy Tab A and switch it on again

I know this when I watch Netflix on my cell phone, then a message such as B from WhatsApp, then tap on the message and get to WhatsApp, and when I go back to Netflix, the picture is black. What I always do is just close Netflix (also in Task Manager) and then start it again.
