Somehow I can't just tell her that she is no longer allowed to use it. Do you have any?

Tell her to give you the surcharge for the better subscription. If you don't just change the password

Why an excuse? The next subscription isn't that expensive either 🤔 I pay 22 Fr per month and can watch 3 screens.
