Netflix suddenly only Italian and English, what to do?

I was on vacation in Italy and suddenly one evening my series (Riverdale) was only available in Italian or English. I thought maybe it's because I'm in Italy and the cell phone has located me or something and I thought I'll just wait until I get home. But now I'm back home and it's still only in Italian and English and somehow I can't change it. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to solve it?

It is strange. Usually you always get the offer of the country you are in… Simply delete the app and reinstall it.
