How can I improve my English?

I watch an episode of a series in English almost daily on Netflix. (Eg Stranger Things, Disenchantment, Paradise PD…)

And I read (often at school homework hours, since I'm often done with everything) "The Institute" by Stephen King, also in English.

Today at the WPU (compulsory elective "Occupations / Occupations") was about to write a CV, the teacher had prepared one and we should enter this with our data. I told her that I have one at home, but still I should do that, okay, why not?

I have a great deal of IT skills, from video and image editing to modeling and programming. The teacher knows that later I will go IT, computer, so she asked me how my English was. In the CV I had everything standing and she looked at it.

I have a basic knowledge of English. Among hobbies I have written "Reading books (English / German)" and "Looking at movies and series in English", because I often do this. ^^

My teacher asked if I understood the sentences in the movies, series and books. Actually, I understand a lot already. Of course not some words, but that's okay, right?

My teacher contradicted that basic knowledge because the wrong expression would be, I should write there "level A2-B1". Can that be true? I do not think so well in English. ^^

I'm in the 8th grade, English E-course 3er range, but that's probably because I hardly / never report. In work, I often write 3, not infrequently synonymous 2s.

Do you have any tips on how to improve my English? I think my focus is writing own sentences, or sentence construction. I'm not really sure. ^^

English does not improve, but I would not put "Looking at movies or TV shows in English" into my CV, because IT is not just about English in the direction of IT. You do not apply as an interpreter, right?

Okay, thank you for the information.

I'm still quite young but already have experience with English. I have improved my English when reading books or playing video games. My computer is also always in English. I think that books bring the most to them. If you read a lot of English books Repetitive often the sentence positions and you then notice them. I could recommend you books. I would have to know but in what age you are so that I can send you age-appropriate books ideas.

If you have grammar and Sarzbau problems, then use Grammarly. Since then I never make spelling mistakes.

I'm 15. I would love a thrilling book. I really like horror, but actually the genre does not matter, main thing English and under one million pages (I read a week from the Stephen King book often so 30-60 pages, too short so please not synonymous). ^^

What is this program? Can I just add my own sentences and the program controls them?

An

Yes it gets marked… Gives for Chrome and android. Just write in Internet forums or YT comments and you're done. Got 12 grades in my speech in the 12th grade (Grunskurs)

Thank you.
