Netflix series write yourself?

If I have my own idea for a series, I could ask Netflix if this is not possible.

If that were going to happen, do you need any particular training or so for that?

I'm looking forward to an answer, because I was also plagued the question then, where there was no Netflix, Amazon Prime, Maxdome or other, where I had to send my idea to earn something on it.

But training or the like is probably not needed - be a writer
