I go to the sport 5 times a week and love to watch Netflix. But I do not eat very well and I always get unhealthy things when watching series. I would like to do something where there are proteins in it or something fruity.
I'm open for everything except greenery ๐๐
Make yourself Beef Jerky.
Is simple, a benefit for the gym and delicious.
An egg. Or cucumbers with quark dip. Low-fat cheese. Grainy cream cheese with fruits.
A fruit plate with vanilla sauce for dipping I find as an alternative to vegetable sticks and herbal quark pretty great.
Cheese snacks are also not to be despised, like different sorts and in addition thin, crispy baked baguette slices (which one can also spread with differently seasoned cream cheese)
Mix a bowl of Fuchtcreme (cottage cheese, yoghurt, small pieces of chopped fruit of your choice and lightly sugar to taste, with vanilla, cinnamon, etc. Refine and enjoy).
To nibble nuts always go with me, especially "brake pads" and walnuts have done to me.
I already had the idea, do I need an extra device or can I do that in the oven or thermomix?
Buy the meat of your choice and cut it into strips, spice it up, let it go for a few hours.
Then place in the oven over the grill, 50-75 degrees, the oven door just ajar (a wooden spoon prevents that from going).
Ready after 8-12 hours. ๐
Tip in the summer: the meat in a kettle grill and lid on it, grill must be in the sunโฆ Goes just as wellโฆ Sun regulates.
