Is it normal that you run out of energy from doing nothing? I just watched Netflix for 1 hour and wanted to study, but I have run out of energy and am now back in bed. I'm m15 so it shouldn't be the age
Maybe you are exhausted from doing nothing. You've been in bed for a long time and your brain probably wants to continue to do so. You are probably not exhausted at all, your body just wants to continue lying on the lazy skin. I also think that it has to do with age. That's how every teen feels, right?
Oh yes, I know that well. After very active phases, I also have those in which I just want to hang out and do nothing. This makes me more and more tired and just want to sleep.
Since this lethargy really gets on my nerves, I started to force myself and get up. I know very well that I feel much better in the activity.
Most of the time it works and that is good for you.
Of course it is. It is an old experience that when you let yourself go and fall asleep (without actually being sick), you become more and more flaccid and demotivated. Don't you even have to go to school?
I'm currently on vacation and this 'being demotivated' has been going on for a long time (about 2 years).
