I'm always waiting for something?

But that something never comes. I say so yes, I will first lose weight and then look for boys and friends. Or ah in the summer I can go out and the rest of the time I can spend in front of Netflix. I don't want to wait anymore ahh. I want to start living my life right here and now. My life has passed me by for years. Every evening I lie in bed and imagine how I'm chilling with friends at the lake, for example, and enjoying life, but then there are 1000 excuses why I can't do that even though it's not that complicated. How can I stop dreaming about my life and start living my dreams? And does any of you know that too?

You have to approach it confidently and be aware of your dreams every day. At the end of the day you reflect on what you have achieved today and what you can improve. And of course with a lot of motivation

What are you waiting for? Of dreams and thoughts how and how; do not get any further; You have to do something yourself to get going, "nothing comes from nothing" and the saying is clear enough

Step by step. Then it's a little easier every day.

Erich Kästner: "There's nothing good unless you do it." 🙂

Obviously you belong less to the makers than to the thinkers and procrastinators.

A friend once said to me (when I explained to him again why this and that doesn't work): If you want, you will find ways - if you don't want, you will find reasons.

The sentence immediately fell silent, struck me in the core and accompanies me to this day. Whenever I think too much instead of acting, it comes to my mind.

Take small steps. Because frustration throws back.

Eyes shut and go for it. The greatest things happen spontaneously. If you plan too much or set a date to do something, you automatically have high expectations which are not met in this form. Therefore: implement your ideas immediately. At the beginning maybe a bit tedious if you are not used to this, but you can get in quickly and it will be fun for you.
