No sound on Amazon and Netflix on the soundbar?

So I connected my soundbar to the television via HDMI arc and there's sound everywhere, so on youtube and in the home menu except for Prime and Netflix via bluetooth, it works but that is nothing in the long run, then I have to connect the soundbar and the TV via the optical connection connect or why is that?

The optical connection via Toslink plug is always preferable. Already in terms of sound technology, since without a metallic connection, ripple voltages, voltage spreading or similar disturbances are prevented.
A very cheap fiber optic cable is sufficient for this.

You should also check the audio settings on Netflix or Prime to see whether audio formats are set there that your soundbar can't (yet) process, e.g. DTS, Dolby Atmos or similar.

P.S. Please use punctuation marks (comma, period) so that your explanation can be followed better.

It could be due to your HDMI cable. Buy something expensive, mostly it is due to the HDMI cable. Then you should check the settings on your soundbar again. You should also check whether your soundbar is switched to ARC. And with the soundbar itself, you should go through everything again. There's often the option to switch to HDMI instead of TV, that's how it is for me and there could also be an error here.

Hope I could help. But first I would change the HDMI cable. Most of the time the cheap ones have some problems with the transfer. For me, the Telekom Receiver did not work with a cheap one. Only with a more expensive one did everything work.
