I bought about 18 months ago the newest premium UHD TV from Samsung which internally a 2.1 surround system with Dolby Digital Plus and what else everything.
In any case, the sound quality is not really convincing, as it is simply extremely flat and therefore does not produce proper bass. If you go up with the volume comes something but that is again so loud that voices are much too tinny. So I decided to buy a soundbar with subwoofer because I think that it provides the necessary sound quality and is sufficient for Spotify or Netflix. I had thought something like the LG SK8 or Samsung HW-N550 z.b should not cost over 300 euro and controlled via the phone. Important is only the sound quality that just should not sound so special but powerful. Have my Logitech 2.1 Pc speakers connected to my TV and find that they are ok a bit too much bass but ok. So that you understand that I do not need a superclass soundbar;)
