Do we only live to work and bring children into the world?

So I'm out of school and am currently doing a FSJ that means 5 days of work 8 o'clock, of course I know there are people who work 10 o'clock and that 6 days a week but somehow I do the same thing every day getting up early get ready for the bus then work at 8 a.m. At 1 p.m. Then continue to work until 4 p.m. Then wait for the bus drive home then it is already 5 p.m. Then at 6 or 7:30 a.m. Dinner then shower and go to bed because I usually just do it, sleep or look still YouTube or Netflix my day is a bit dreary in my opinion and I'm afraid that this is always the case now

One can't say that in general terms. The fact is that humans are naturally in the world to reproduce. The animals show us how.
That a person has to work has always been the case. Now of course in a different way than before.
If you used to work to build weapons, to survive, to get food, today it is there to earn money and get food with it and of course much more.

Hope i could help.

All the best to you and the best of health

Best health from me too

That is why it is so incredibly important that you look for a job that means something to you and that you enjoy. You spend so much time there! If it's just a means to an end (making money), you get frustrated at some point.

I personally love my job. It is varied, means a lot to me and is just a part of my life, just like my free time. You have to be on the lookout for something like that, then it doesn't feel like it is at the moment!

Many Thanks!

I enjoy my job. All the people are nice, you can chat well and the atmosphere is good too

That's what you call everyday life. The job should be fun. I like to get up in the morning, and sometimes I have a 16 hour day. But so varied, it's just like pure life. Many people are like you, I find it difficult to understand myself, because my situation is completely different. But if things don't get better in the long term, you should change something so that you don't end up with depression.

It depends on what job you have. If you are at the bottom of the job food chain, there's a high probability that you will become a cynically depressed person over the decades. Who will live up to 5 years less than his peers with better jobs.

Additionally, you will (according to statistics) feel more attracted to more radical political parties.

Welcome to hell.

The question is what do you want? You can tell what you do with your life. I work 9 hours a day myself. Some days I do sports, other days I play pool with friends, or we have game nights. In late autumn it's time for raclette for us, so people come too. So a lot is possible if you want it. Sometimes you just want to lie on the couch and watch TV.

You don't have to have children if you think children don't fit your lifestyle. It is your life. You decide.
