I've seen the Netflix series: "Trailer Park Boys" last April. In the trailer it was said that the protagonists wake up and suddenly they notice their hands and as around them and including themselves, they are now in cartoon graphics and physics. One of them realized that it makes "funny and cool" sounds when he moves his hand quickly back and forth. But where he rammed his fist through a car window. He quickly realized that he is still tied to the same pain as being from the real world, even though he is now trapped in a colorful cartoon world with his friends who are just as astonished!
I found this idea fantastic when I saw it in the trailer, but when the series came out on Netflix, I was disappointed that after the first episode of this cartoon it was never mentioned again, which was just another stink normal cartoon had made!
Is there an anime using this similar principle? But only in the whole principle with the idea: That our current world is transformed into an anime by whatever and the government z.b. Desperately trying to reverse or something like that…
I could think of it as something like "The Walking Dead" with the transformation into anime. Except that instead of a zombie virus, a molecular virus that infects and commits every unknown visible matter in Anime Graphics! Where z.b. Something was created by an accident in a government lab, which now invades every visible matter and turns anything and everything into an anime by a virus at the molecular level, for example. Or as it spreads and the physics and the whole appearance of matter changes so much that it has to follow, over a night, where z.b. The movie protagonist went to sleep, the whole world has turned into an anime and now it could be in this movie about reversing this somehow that now everything looks like an anime…
Do you know an anime that represents something like at least as it was my example described?
Just something like Re: Creators come anime, visual novel chars etc. In the real world, but the other way round, I know only a short manga (name omitted)
there's the mangaka in his manga in there and becomes a fake antagonist, but in reality the editor is the evil one
Roger Rabbit?
But just in anime
Lotschell Labbit!
