Streaming problems with all providers but only on individual devices?

Here is a question for IT talent:

I often get the message e.g. On Netflix:

This content is currently unavailable, please try again later.

but I get roughly the same error message at the same time on Amazon Prime…

At the same time everything works on my tablet (Wi-Fi) but also on another TV device in the house which is also connected to the switch via Ethernet cable.

The error only occurs occasionally and after a while everything works as usual…

Does anyone have a tip on Which settings could that be?

I've tried so far:

TV software update

Complete cable connection up to the switch checked and replaced to be on the safe side.

If several people on the same profile are watching the film or series on different devices at the same time, such a message can appear. Otherwise, the providers may be working on the title.
