I have a question about Netflix, maybe someone can help me.
Our Netflix subscription is purchased for three devices, but only two devices are online at the moment. When I want to watch something, the message comes up that my account is currently being used by too many, but is only used by two devices and only two devices are listed.
Underneath, however, it says "upgrade to 4 devices", which confirms once again that three devices must be possible.
If someone has had this problem before, I would be happy if you could help me!
There's no subscription with 3 devices. You definitely have the standard package, there are only 2 devices in it. If you want more, you have to take the premium package, which costs 4 euro more. You can then use up to 4 devices.

May I ask how you could have it on 3 devices. There are only three subscriptions: Basic, Standard, Premium. Basis: One device Standard: 2 devices at the same time. Premium: 4 at the same time.
I wonder how you can have booked 3.
