Even if I switch off my cell phone, create a to-do list for learning, I can't be enthusiastic about work for very long. How can I really stay focused longer or structure myself so that I can learn more without distractions
If you don't like to learn, you learn wrong. What did you teach?
Get some fresh air. Take a walk.
maybe take your to-do list with you. Check it out every now and then.
Study in the library and leave your cell phone at home. There you have no distractions at all. That's how I used to do it.
There were no cell phones in the past, so you were happy if the phone had a 10m cable!
I'm not that old yet. I graduated in 2011 ;-)
Otherwise, the distraction was different. In case of doubt, the apartment was cleaned ;-)
Life was ;; earlier 'much stress free!
Maybe yes with the idea that you rush through the exam and then it is really embarrassing?
And that you have to learn a year longer.
