I think it's good, my parents bought it for us recently, if you have a child safety device it's a bit annoying but otherwise very cool
Netflix is unnecessary in my opinion
There are lots of good movies and series and lots for children too. For content from a certain age (e.g. Horror, brutality) there's a numerical code that your parents can create. And it's not expensive, the basic subscription costs 7.99 euro, the quality is okay, but then only one person can watch at a time.
