In Netflix you don't see what the 388 episode is… No, it is somehow based on seasons.
In any case, I scrolled through the entire 10 season of Shippuden (watched 5 so far) and didn't find any episode called "my first friend".
Is the episode really called that?

It's the 168 episode of Shippūden, season 8. Maybe it's called the attack on Konoha? Or something like that. I don't know exactly which episode, but definitely season 8 on Netflix.
On Netflix there are only 10 seasons, 11 seasons are still missing the 4 shinobi war best part in all of Naruto. There are a total of 21 seasons
