I always buy Netflix vouchers because my parents do not want to pay for it. I have not done that for a few months and when I wanted to redeem the voucher, I was asked to specify a payment method. I have tried several times and also have a new account, it does not work any different. Can you handle this somehow or did I do something wrong?
Many providers now require the specification of bank data even if a voucher entered completely covers the costs. Thus, they make sure that they also get their money if, for example, you forget to cancel your subscription.
