Problems with Netflix, money was withdrawn, but only error messages?

I have a problem with Netflix, the trial month was over in November. Netflix deducted EUR 11.60 from my account for this, even though the trial month at Netflix is free?

The second problem, which is what annoys me the most, has now of course been deducted 11.60 euro for this month and yet Netflix has been showing me error messages since the beginning of December. I keep getting the message "Your payment could not be processed, please select another payment method" and "Streaming is currently not possible because there's a problem with your account, update your payment information to continue enjoying Netflix"

If I click on a film, the message "Your account has been closed" appears

If I restart Netflix, another message appears that my payment is being processed.

What's going on there?! I paid for it, the money has been withdrawn a long time ago and I just can't watch films, allegedly the payment doesn't work, my account has been closed? Is there something wrong?
