How do you know what error a pc has?

My PC has been crashing "for no reason" for months (i.e. I'm not doing anything that should cause it to crash).

Unfortunately, I also can't say when it started.

But very often it happens when I watch Youtube, Netflix etc. Only once when I gambled.

It often hangs or freezes and shortly afterwards the bluescreen comes up with an error message (sometimes not and I have to restart it at the push of a button on the housing).

The error codes don't tell me anything. Mostly something with drivers. But all drivers and updates are up to date. Today it crashed twice, again when I saw videos.

I don't know what I can or should look up to figure out my pc's problem. I've only had it for a year!

Maybe someone has tips. The internet and error messages don't help me at all and I hope that any of you knows how to find out the problem

Gr

Otherwise try it

Windows Search - Event Viewer

Custom settings

Administrative events

Fix error ID.

Ignore warnings and distribution in 99% of cases.

no

Which error message exactly?

Co

The latest drivers can also cause crashes. Had that with a new graphics card driver. There were no problems with the old one. Then the latest driver installed and then a blue screen.

So I know the last one more, but the second to last was critical_process_died

So don't think that's because. Before that I also had these crashes: /

I don't find the "Fix Error ID". What do you mean exactly?

Gr

You have to do that yourself.
